The Survivorship Collective provides programming and wrap-around support for retreats that work with licensed professionals who incorporate:
Nature Therapy
Breathwork & Meditation
Narrative Medicine
Somatic Healing
Psilocybin-assisted therapy (only in Oregon)
Each retreat is specially designed with the cancer community in mind with 4 Phases:
1. Screening & Preparation
2. In-Person Retreat in Nature
3. Integration
4. Community Support
Retreat. (In Person). The 8 person cohort will participate in a private retreat with food and lodging included.
An experience designed by and for cancer survivors, each cohort is invited to a well-appointed, psilocybin service center nestled among 30 acres of forested land in Oregon. Located less than an hour from the Portland airport, this state-licensed center is safe, comfortable, and operates in full compliance with Oregon State law.
This retreat offers participants 4 days and 3 nights of guided wellness activities including: narrative medicine, sound baths, meditation, journaling, forest bathing, and a psilocybin ceremony with a trained facilitator licensed under Oregon State law. The retreat provides meals to participants from a thoughtful menu of local foods that caters to all dietary needs.
Integration. Integration is the work of slowly making sense of the retreat experience and understanding how the lessons apply to everyday life. Although integration never truly stops, the first four weeks are a critical period. Participants will have two, one-hour, private sessions and two longer group sessions to set the stage for their ongoing integration process.
