DONATE

The Survivorship Collective was founded by and for people living with cancer. Our work is sustained through donations from people who believe that healing should be guided by integrity, not profit.

We are a 501(c)(3) Public Charity.

Donation Transparency

Survivorship Collective is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN: 39-3443313. Donations support our mission to provide community-based retreats, education, integration programming, peer support, housing, meals, and safety infrastructure for people navigating serious illness.

Survivorship Collective does not sell, supply, or administer psilocybin. No portion of any donation is used to purchase or provide psilocybin or other controlled substances. Psilocybin services, when applicable, are provided separately through licensed facilitators or state-approved healing centers in compliance with state law.

Donations support non-clinical programming, operational costs, accessibility, and care coordination, helping ensure that participation is guided by safety, dignity, and informed choice rather than ability to pay.

Tax and Legal Information

Survivorship Collective is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
