Disclaimer

Psilocybin remains a controlled substance under U.S. federal law and is illegal to manufacture, possess, or distribute outside of approved research or state-regulated programs. Our retreats are conducted in compliance with Oregon’s licensed psilocybin services framework. However, federal law does not currently recognize these services as legal.

The Survivorship Collective does not sell psilocybin. We do not cultivate, manufacture, or distribute psychedelic substances. We partner with licensed service centers and facilitators who are legally authorized to administer psilocybin under Oregon law.

Our mission is rooted in harm reduction and trauma-informed care. We aim to create safe, legal, and supportive environments where cancer survivors can explore psychedelic healing in a well-regulated setting. We do not encourage or promote illegal use of psychedelics under any circumstances.

All participants must complete a medical screening and meet eligibility criteria set by licensed professionals. Participation is voluntary, and we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions about psychedelic services.
